About me

My name is Keith W. Landry. I am a passionate, hardworking multi-disciplinarian focused on helping companies grow through implementing and improving business operations.

In my career I have written for higher education and the government, built global sales and marketing processes, created customer support teams and workflows, designed and overseen office buildouts including network and security topologies, managed company-wide finances and budgeting, implemented benefit programs, and produced major nationwide linear programming and live events.

I love a challenge and finding the right course of action for each problem.

From getting a website setup and secured, creating and managing emails and accounts, to onboarding HR and benefits, even company-wide financial planning/ modeling/budgeting...there isn't really an area of business operations I haven't been a part of. Over a decade in the SMB and startup world, you really get to participate in all aspects of running a company. Helping to solve problems and providing large business-wide impacts is something I am very passionate about.

Administration

Having administrated organizations of more than a hundred people as well as written and, in some cases, rewritten sales and marketing procedures for multiple companies, IT & Sales Administration is an area I have wealth of experience in. I have onboarding sales teams into all three of the major CRM platforms for single-man sales teams, and multi-national large scale organizations as well.

Leadership &
Project Management

Servant leadership is in my core. Building, training, and leading teams across multiple discliplines is something I have successfully done multiple times in my career. Marketing departments, customer success teams (account managers), support teams, as well as broadcast and live event teams are all groups I have built from the ground up, trained and learned alongside with, and lead to very succesful outcomes.

2022 – now

Pokatok (Gow Companies), COO

While at Gow Companies I handled all account management, budgeting, and event operations. I also produced the “Tech Rodeo” event in Houston in 2022 and am currently the operations lead on the Pokatok festival, to come in 2024.

2017 – 2022

Mainline, COO

As COO of Mainline, I managed all aspects of the business's operations, including, but not limited to: facilities, hardware, software and subscription licensing, account management, networking, customer service, major processes, and staff/team development. While at Mainline, I built and led multiple teams in the client events, broadcast production, and customer service roles. I also led multiple office buildouts, produced numerous live and nationally broadcasted events, and impliemented employee feedback and reward systems to suppliment existing benefit packages.

2014 – 2017

SMA Technologies, Global Creative Director

While the Global Creative Director at SMA, I led a team in global marketing efforts, which included producing sales materials, lead generation, website management, content creation, and conference/event management.
